When are employees permitted to make a request?
From 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. During limited weekend hours, we are also available for on-call needs. Parents can also ask for help online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our Network can find a caregiver in as little as two hours; however, the more notice we have, the better the chances of a successful placement. In most cases, twenty-four hours’ notice is sufficient.
The Caregivers compensation
The caregivers that work for the backup child care positions are W-2 employees of Belle Nanny Network. As a result, the agency pays each caregiver their hourly wage plus any applicable payroll taxes. We also carry industry-standard Workers’ Compensation, and General Liability, which we are happy to discuss further.
