Rates
Background and Verified childcare experience determine a nanny’s compensation. Families discuss the appropriate rates with the nanny. We provide support and suggestions on rates if preferred. There is a three consecutive hour minimum for any desired hire.
Benefits
Full time employees will be offered two-weeks paid vacation, a fixed number of personal days, and sick time within a given calendar year. (Applies to Nannies working 30 hours per week or more)
Long Term Services
$200 Registration fee
This non-refundable payment, also known as the “membership fee,” kickstarts your childcare provider search after your initial family interview. This referral fee is required to initiate placement. The referral fee paid will go towards the placement fees listed below.
Option 1:
At our agency, we provide convenient temporary in-home help, ensuring a seamless experience for you. Our pricing structure is designed to simplify the process by incorporating all necessary components into an hourly rate. This rate covers various aspects, including pay for the worker, agency fees, payroll taxes, worker’s compensation, tax filing, and direct deposit payroll. To ensure compliance with overtime regulations, we adhere to overtime wage laws if any overtime hours are worked. Additionally, during high demand and peak periods, per day surcharges may apply.
Below are the hourly rates utilized for calculating charges to your credit card. We strive to offer transparency and a comprehensive approach to our pricing:
PA / DE / NJ / NY: $26.95-$50/hour (Based on specific location and the number of children)
Option 2:
$1500 for up to 40 hours per week
$2000 between 40-60 hours per week.
